Level 1 - Artificial Ski Instructor

The Level 1 qualification allows the instructor to teach on a dry slope. In order to gain your qualification you are required to take part in a pre-selection, 3 days Training and 3 day Assessment. For technical levels required please click on more details for the IASI Technical Outcome Standards

Pre-selection: This course is run over a 6 week period one eveing a week. You are required to attend at least 50% of this course before taking part in the Level 1 Training. This pre-selection may also take the form of a one day assessment.

Assessment Preparation Training: Run over 6 weeks one evening a week prepares participants for their Level 1 Assessment. This course is optional.

Level 1 Training: Run over 3 full days. You must take part in the training before taking the Assessment. You are required to take part in the 3 days.

Level 1 Assessment: Run over 3 full days. You must take part in the training before taking the Assessment. You are required to take part in the 3 days. On successful completion of your Assessment you will be award your Level 1 Artificial Ski Instructor Award
